Yes. All initial appointments require an $85 deposit to hold the time, and it comes off the total cost of the treatment on the day. Some longer treatments need a larger deposit.
What is the cancellation policy?
The clinic asks for 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. With less notice the deposit is forfeited, or $85 is deducted from a gift voucher. A reminder text goes out three days before the appointment.
Is there a package for first-time clients?
Yes. The Glow By Blyss new client package is $250 (valued at $350) and covers a skin consultation with Visia analysis and take-home photos, a HydraFacial, and a written treatment plan. If the HydraFacial is not suitable, the clinician suggests an alternative and discusses any cost difference beforehand.
Can I have a consultation without coming into the clinic?
Yes. A virtual skin consultation runs up to 30 minutes by video call and costs $65. It is booked online, and the clinician emails a written summary afterwards.
Can I bring my children to an appointment?
No, children are not permitted in the clinic. Three late evenings and Saturday appointments are offered instead.
